Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue An. Ellis Taylor is an American producer and actress. She earned the B.A. in African-American Studies, from Brown University. Her MFA is in acting at Tisch School of acting at New York University. Aunjanue L. Ellis is an American actress and producer who is actively involved in theater, film, and television. Aunjanue. Ellis began her acting in the theater. Later, she appeared in television programs along with independent and mainstream films. She gained fame for playing Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. In the following year, she made appearances on BET's acclaimed television series The Book of Negroes. She began her career acting in 1995 as Ariel in The Tempest. The stage credits she has received include the Broadway performance that Joe Turner's Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. The most recognizable part of her career is her work in Men of Honor as well as The Caveman's Valentine The Express & The Help. The role she played as a regular on ABC's drama-police series High Incident earned her praises.
